The Watson Hotel – Hotel near airport in New York

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, despite the dirty windows, were quite large for NYC standards, but the parking was expensive. The service was friendly and efficient, except for an unfortunate incident where my belongings were mistakenly thrown out. The location was excellent, close to subway access and with a fantastic rooftop pool, although the parking was pricey. The dining options were decent but slightly overpriced for my family. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.

The hotel has partly done rooms with new beds and furniture, but the lack of a microwave or small refrigerator was inconvenient, especially for warming up leftovers for my children. Being near the elevators was not ideal. The service was nice and friendly overall, although there was a glitch with the return taxi service. The location is great for exploring Central Park and Columbus Circle, as well as being close to Hell's Kitchen. The dining experience offered more quantity than quality, but the extensive food options were a plus. The facilities were decent overall.
